Outreach

This program is designed to empower the chronic homeless community by giving resource information and meeting basic needs.

The Joseph Center Outreach Team goes out into the community Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm and Saturday 9:30 - 4:30pm, distributing pack backs with toiletries, gloves, knitted hats, water and snacks. Also coats, shoes and blankets are given out. Clothing vouchers, diapers and a resource list for further support are handed out to our individuals and families in need.
